나는 윤석열이 조국 수사를 잘하리라 믿지 않았고 조국이 법무장관이 되어버린 지금부터는 더더욱 그러하리라 믿는다. 윤석열 총장이 박영수 특검 수사팀장이었을 때와 서울중앙지검장이었을 때 적폐수사할 동안에는 정말 잔인무도했다. 하루가 멀다 하고 구속영장, 체포영장 소식이 들려왔고, 죄수복 입고 포승줄에 묶인 피의자가 압송되는 장면이 여과없이 카메라를 탔다.
지금 조국 수사에서는 적폐수사 때와 같은 그런 장면이 없다. 이제야 관련자 두 사람에게 영장이 청구되었고 그조차 기각되었다. 윤 총장 취임 이후 환경부 블랙리스트 수사한 검사들은 좌천되고 대검 고위층이 죄다 특정지역 출신으로 물갈이되었다 하는데 그 사람들이 문재인 정권을 아프게 할 수사를 제대로 할까. 윤석열 빼고 특별수사팀을 꾸리든지 말든지 알아서 하라고 하고 자유한국당과 바른미래당은 조속한 시일 내에 특검과 국정조사를 관철시킴이 옳다고 본다. (조갑제닷컴, 발췌)
