國體변경을 향한 전면적 공세

*이른바 촛불혁명 세력이 추진하는 헌법상의 '자유민주적 기본질서' 삭제는 대한민국의 영혼, 즉 정체성을 삭제하겠다는 것이다.
*1948년 대한민국 건국 부정운 조국의 민주적 정당성과 민족사적 정통성을 부정하겠다는 것이다.
*'사람중심의 경제'를 표방하면서 '노동자 및 노조 중심의 경제'를 보장하는 헌법 개정 추진은 시장경제를 부정하고 사회주의 경제 체제로 바꾸겠다는 것이다.
*'지방分權공화국'으로 개헌을 추진한다는 뜻은 중앙정부로서의 대한민국 위상을 깎아내리고 북한정권과 낮은 단계 연방제 통일의 길을 열겠다는 의도로 풀이된다. 이는 공산화로 가는 길로 넓혀질 가능성이 있다.
*개헌을 빙자한 자유말살이고, 정체성과 정통성 파괴이며, 國體변경이다. 헌법 위반이고, 大逆罪를 구성할 가능성이 있다.

개백정당의 출현을 기대한다.


개백정이란 개를 때려잡는 사람을 가리킨다. 그런데 우리 나라에는 때려잡을 개들이 많다. 가장 먼저 나라를 망친 주범인 국'개'의원들이 있다. 그리고 권력의 주구(走狗), 즉 개가 되어 법치를 유린하는 법관, 검사, 경찰, 관료 등의 각종 개들이 있다.


이들 개들을 때려잡는 정당이 필요하다. 나는 그것을 개백정당이라고 부른다. 이번 총선에 개백정당이 출현해서 이런 공약을 한다면 전국민의 열화와 같은 지지를 얻을 것이라고 확신한다.

Taxation, then, for Say is

the transfer of a portion of the national products from the hands of individuals to those of the government, for the purpose of meeting the public consumption of expenditure.… It is virtually a burthen imposed upon individuals, either in a separate or corporate character, by the ruling power … for the purpose of supplying the consumption it may think proper to make at their expense.

But taxation, for Say, is not merely a zero-sum game. By levying a burden on the producers, he points out, taxes, over time, cripple production itself. Writes Say,

Taxation deprives the producer of a product, which he would otherwise have the option of deriving a personal gratification from, if consumed … or of turning to profit, if he preferred to devote it to an useful employment.… [T]herefore, the subtraction of a product must needs diminish, instead of augmenting, productive power.

J.B. Say's policy recommendation was crystal clear and consistent with his analysis and that of the present paper. "The best scheme of [public] finance is, to spend as little as possible; and the best tax is always the lightest."  (발췌)
