*2014년 문창극 파동을 보고 쓴 글이 박근혜 정권의 조직붕괴를 예측한 듯하여 다시 싣는다.
집토끼의 반란
2014년 6월25일 청와대 자유게시판은 전날 사퇴한 文昌克(문창극) 국무총리 후보자와 관련, 朴槿惠(박근혜) 대통령을 직설적으로 비판하는 글로 뒤덮였다. 지지를 철회한다는 내용이 많았다. KBS 등의 왜곡보도와 선동된 여론에 굴복한 대통령에 대한 배신감과 절망감이 묻어나는 글들이었다.
보수층의 朴 대통령 비판은 좌파의 비판과는 차원이 다르다. 공동체의 안전을 가장 먼저 생각하는 게 보수세력이고 이들이 대통령의 주된 지지층이었다. 이들이 비판을 넘어서 반대로 돌아서면 정권이 불안정해진다. 군대에서 사병이 사령관을 욕하는 것과 장교가 비판하는 것은 성격이 다르듯이.
한국 보수층의 정치적 판단 기준은 헌법, 사실, 國益(국익)이다. 그들 눈에는 朴 대통령이 선동세력으로부터 국가적 진실을 수호할 수 없는, 그러면서도 자신의 인기에 집착하는 사람으로 비치기 시작한 것이다. 《군주론》의 필자 마키아벨리는 지도자가 피해야 할 점이 두 개 있다고 했다. 경멸을 받는 것, 그리고 원한을 사는 것. 대통령 중심제에서 대통령이 지지자들로부터 이 정도의 본질적 비판을 받는다는 것은 '조직붕괴'의 前 단계가 아닌지 주의해야 할 일이다. 집토끼의 반란은 산토끼의 도주와는 성격이 다르다.
세월호 사고와 KBS의 편파 방송 파동을 겪으면서 한국에선 '국가적 진실'을 담보하는 두 개의 기준이 무너졌음을 확인하게 되었다. 대통령의 권위와 보수언론의 신뢰성이 그것이다. 보수언론마저 선동에 합세하고, 대통령이 이에 굴복한 때문이다. 이런 흐름은 국민들이 기댈 곳을 좁히고, 외교와 안보에도 나쁜 영향을 끼칠 것이다.
세월호 사고는 풍랑이 없는 평온한 바다에서 일어났다. 조각배가 아니라 큰 배였다. 뒤집어지는 데 불과 100분 정도 걸렸다. 船社(선사)의 돈벌이 위주의 안전 무시 경영, 감독기관의 결탁, 增築(증축)에 의한 무게중심의 上向, 화물 過積(과적), 固縛(고박) 부실, 평형수 줄이기, 이에 따른 복원력의 약화, 자격 없는 선장과 선원들, 대피 훈련 부족 등의 요인들이 눈에 보이지 않는 곳에서 축적되어가다가 10도 정도의 變針(변침)으로 이들 모든 요인들이 결합되어 폭발한 결과였다.
대한민국號에서도 이런 顚覆(전복) 요인들이 쌓여가고 있음은 확실하다. 국가지도부의 무책임과 무능력, 종북반역 세력의 준동, 선동언론의 발호, 국회의 反국가적 행태, 좌편향 국사 교과서, 공무원 집단의 기회주의, 대통령의 인기주의 외교 등이 어떤 외부 요인에 의하여 직렬로 연결되어 폭발한다면 세월호처럼 넘어갈지도 모른다. 그때 새누리당 정권이 이준석 선장처럼 행동하지 않는다는 보장이 있는가? (발췌)

국회 독재를 경계한다
헌법재판소의 탄핵 결정문에 대한 한국자유회의 입장
국가의 통치기관들이 제 가능을 제대로 수행하지 못할 때 ‘체제 타락’에 빠지고 만다. 그러한 체제 타락이 체제 내부의 자정(自淨)으로 해소되지 못하거나 각성된 지성인들과 시민들에 의해서 저지되지 못할 경우 ‘체제 붕괴’로 이어지고 만다. 국회 독재 현상의 등장과 헌법재판소의 견제와 균형의 역할 포기는 한국 정치체제가 붕괴 일보 직전에 놓여 있다는 것을 보여준다. 한국자유회의의 지성인들은 현재 한국 정치체제의 타락 현상이 체제 전복전략의 마지막 단계이며 그 종착점은 전체주의체제의 등장이라는 점을 매우 우려하지 않을 수 없다. 오늘의 혼란과 망국의 위기는, 소수의 좌파들이 죽음을 각오하고 대한민국을 파괴하기 위해 노력한 결과이다. 우파는 이에 대해 잘 알지도 못했고, 또는 알면서도 ‘어떻게 잘 되겠지’라는 안이한 대처로 오늘에 이르렀다. 기독교의 출발부터 공산주의 혁명에 이르기까지 역사는 소수의 비타협적인 집단이 이끌어왔고 그들에 의해 지배되었다. 그런데 우리는 민주주의라는 미명 아래 그런 비타협적인 집단(종북좌파)들에게 우리 사회의 문을 열고 그들의 입장을 허락했다.
탈레브(Nassim Nicholas Taleb)는 그래서 <The Most Intolerant Wins: The Dictatorship of the Small Minority>란 글에서 그런 현상을 지적했다.

Despite polls showing that 71% of Canadians would not have voted for the measure, Canada's Parliament, with the strong backing of Justin Trudeau's Liberal government, passed a motion this week 201 to 91 that critics say singles out Islam for special protection. Tabled by Muslim liberal MP Iqra Khalid, M-103 urges the federal government to “condemn Islamophobia” and to “develop a whole-of-government approach to reducing or eliminating systemic racism and religious discrimination including Islamophobia.” The term “Islamophobia” is nowhere defined in the motion.
A petition on CitizenGo asking MPs to stop the “restrictive ‘anti-blasphemy’” motion has been signed by 79,500 people.
“This motion will encourage legislation that would criminalize speech deemed ‘islamophobic’ and lay the groundwork for imposing what is essentially a Sharia anti-blasphemy law on all of Canada,” the petition states.
"If that happens, criticism of Islam would constitute a speech crime in Canada,” it states, adding that this “kind of content-based, viewpoint-discriminatory censorship is unacceptable in a Western liberal democracy.”

The Fed's most recurring lament over the past 8 years, ever since the Financial crisis, is that there has been no measurable inflation in the US economy when using such conventional indicators as CPI, even though according to recent measurements by PriceStats real inflation, not the BLS' seasonally-adjusted, goalseeked and politically convenient mutant, is now running at a blistering 3.6%, the highest in five years.
That however has not stopped Fed members such as Williams to declare idiotically that since there is "no inflation", it is the Fed's duty to run policy "too hot" to spur inflation:
